NEW ECO-FRIENDLY MATERIALS

BIOflex Scrim Banner BIOflex is a 15 oz. matte finish, strong, indoor/outdoor, front-lit, biodegradable banner material. BIOflex is equal to or better than common scrim banner material plus it has one major feature; in landfill conditions (darkness, high heat, moisture and lack of oxygen), it attracts microbes that break down the PVC within 3 to 5 years. BIOflex contains no toxic materials and is tear, fade and fungus resistant. The surface is smoother than most scrim banners of similar tear and tensile strength. We find this material prints just as well as the other scrim banner materials we've tested and holds up in outdoor applications for less than 1 year.
DuraPlast Foamboard Duraplast - An all-plastic foamboard consisting of a biodegradable polystyrene foam center, faced with water-proof biodegradable polystyrene liners. This foamboard is also completely recyclable. It is categorized as PS6 and is compatible with most municipal, commercial and industrial programs. Moisture proof and highly warp resistant. Foam contains 15% recycled content. There is no trade-off between the positive environmental attributes of Duraplast® biodegradable and its physical performance. With the exception of it's post-use biodegradable properties, Duraplast® biodegradable performs the same as standard Duraplast® foamboard.
X-Board This amazing product is a versatile, lightweight board, which offers a VOC-Free alternative to MDF, particle board and petrochemical-based foamed-core boards, typically used for building short-term displays. X-Board's unique high-crush strength paper core is manufactured from post-consumer recycled paper and sugar cane waste. Sandwiched between top and bottom layers of semi-rigid printable paper optimised for our flatbed UV inkjet printer, X-Board is best disposed of in paper-recycling bins after use. X-Board is manufactured under stringent manufacturing process and quality control conditions. Our Banners and Prints

Artist Canvas
Archival prints on true canvas. We also offer digital capture of your art and custom stretching to any size frame. Our canvas is designed for long term indoor use with a coating that will not crack when stretched. The weight of the canvas is 370 g/m2

Banners
The most common banner is a flexible, 13oz Scrim PVC material that is very strong and durable. It can be assembled with aggressive 2" tape to almost any size needed and holds grommets and pole pockets very well.

An alternative is our 13oz SuperSmooth banner. It is constructed as a two layers of PCV sandwiching an opaque blockout layer. The smooth finish and exceptional print quality make this an excellent alternative to expensive film materials for tradeshow graphics and other banner applications where image quality is of top importantce.

For very large banners or when it is desirable for air and light to pass through the banner, our 7oz Mesh banner is the perfect choice. It has all the strength of the Scrim banner but without all the weight. For added strenght we can stitch high strength webbing to the hems and seams, making this a truely bombproof finished banner.

Biodegradable and Recyclable Materials

Direct to Substrate Printing
This includes a broad range of products since the printer will allegedly "print on anything". While that is not true, it can print on lots of stuff. Corrugated plastic, hard PVC board, Foamcore, Gatorfoam, Acrylic, Textiles, cardboard, and much more. The limitations are 54" wide, 1" thick, and less than 25 pounds. The output is generally guaranteed for 3 years outdoors in the direct horizontal exposure without protective lamination.

Event, Presentation, Seminar
Typically this is Foamcore, Gatorfoam, or Duraplast boards for information or direction. But it can also include floor graphics, window graphics, and hanging SuperSmooth banners.

Floor Graphics
Open up a whole new dimension for your marketing with these removable adhesive back graphics. A specific combination of vinyl and textured slip resistant overlaminate create a great opportunity for some fun graphics.

Posters
Our typical poster paper is the result of eliminating 4 or 5 other papers to find a product that allows us to have a very competitive price without compromising print quality. The satin surface, 6mil, 172 g/m2 paper has a very bright white surface. When printed with any of our print systems, the ink is waterproof (although the paper is not) so you may not have to use an overlaminate. Add the lamination when you need added protection against ripping or want to change the surface from its satin sheen to high gloss or textured matte to cut glare.

Real Estate Signage
While we don't make a big deal of specializing in real estate products, we are certainly capable of producing them and matching to beating competitor's prices. Corrugated, hard PVC, or aluminum yard signs, riders, partial or full vehicle wraps, and banners are all available.

Stickers and Decals
Whether it is big or small, we have the right combination of vinyl and adhesive to meet your needs. Choose from low-tack temporary or long term permanant and everything in between. For larger decals use a material that is engineered to allow bubbles to be squeegeed even when applied dry.
